A | जागरण संवाददाता, गोरखपुर। तीन दिन पूर्व मारपीट में घटना घायल आप नेता कुंज बिहारी (35) की मंगलवार की सुबह राजेंद्र नगर स्थित निजी अस्पताल में मौत हो गई।घटना की जानकारी होने पर जुटे मोहल्ले के लोगों व रिश्तेदारों ने अस्पताल प्रशासन पर उपचार में लापरवाही बरतने व हत्या को हादसे बनाने की कोशिश करने का आरोप लगाते हुए तोड़फोड़ शुरू कर दी।,पुलिस ने हालात संभालने की कोशिश की, लेकिन भीड़ ने ईंट-पत्थर चलाना शुरू कर दिया, जिसमें गोरखनाथ थाना प्रभारी शशिभूषण राय का सिर फट गया जबकि तीन दारोगा समेत आठ लोग घायल हो गए। इसके बाद पुलिस ने बल प्रयोग कर स्थिति को काबू में किया। उपद्रवियों को चिह्नित किया जा रहा है।,रामपुर नया गांव निवासी कुंज बिहारी निषाद मोहल्ले में ही बिल्डिंग मटेरियल और शटरिंग का कारोबार करते थे। वे राजनीति में भी सक्रिय थे और हाल ही में वार्ड नंबर 14 डाक्टर राजेंद्र प्रसाद नगर से आम आदमी पार्टी से पार्षद का चुनाव लड़ चुके थे।,परिजनों के अनुसार, 23 अगस्त को कुंज बिहारी ने अपने साले मल्लू निषाद को लगभग एक लाख रुपये का बकाया वसूलने के लिए भेजा था। जब रुपये नहीं मिले तो अगले दिन कुंज बिहारी खुद उधारी मांगने पहुंचे। इसी दौरान मोहल्ले के ही अभिषेक पांडेय और उसके साथियों ने विवाद कर कुंज बिहारी पर हमला बोल दिया।, हंगामा कर रहे लोगों से बातचीत करती पुलिस। जागरण

हमलावरों ने लाठी, राड और पटरे से कुंज बिहारी को पीटकर घायल कर दिया। गंभीर चोट लगने के बाद परिजन उन्हें राजेंद्रनगर में निजी अस्पताल ले गए। वहां उनका एक डाक्टर ने आपरेशन किया। तीन दिनों से उनका इलाज चल रहा था।,घायल कुंज बिहारी की तहरीर पर गोरखनाथ पुलिस ने हमलावरों के खिलाफ केस भी दर्ज किया था। इलाज के दौरान मंगलवार पूर्वांह्न 11 बजे उनकी मौत हो गई। पुलिस ने एक हमलावर सहजनवां के इटार निवासी अर्जुन पांडेय को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।,घटना के बाद आसपास के थानों की पुलिस के साथ ही पीएसी को मौके पर बुला गया। एहतियात के तौर पर रामपुर नयागांव व राजेंद्रनगर स्थित हास्पिटल के पास फोर्स तैनात की गई है। देर शाम आप नेता का अंतिम संस्कार हुआ, पिता ने मुखाग्नि दी।,पथराव में यह हुए घायल : जैसे ही पुलिस ने भीड़ को हटाने के लिए हल्का बल प्रयोग किया, भीड़ भड़क उठी और पथराव शुरू कर दिया। इसमें थाना प्रभारी शशिभूषण राय का सिर फट गया, जबकि एसआइ ऋषभ सिंह, अनूप सिंह और हैप्पी सिंह समेत आठ लोग घायल हो गए।,यह भी पढ़ें- गोरखपुर कैंट क्रॉसिंग पर 674 मीटर लंबा और 17 मीटर चौड़ा बनेगा ओवरब्रिज, सीएम सि‍टी के लोगों के ल‍िए खुशखबरी साथी पुलिसकर्मियों ने थाना प्रभारी को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया, जहां उन्हें टांके लगाकर छुट्टी दे दी गई।सीओ गोरखनाथ रवि सिंह ने पीएसी और भारी पुलिस बल के साथ मोर्चा संभालते हुए स्थिति को नियंत्रित किया।
