The Delhi schedule was supposed to take place in November, but due to a car bomb blast, the unit had to hold back travelling to the capital city. After getting a clearance from the security, the unit had resumed and wrapped up the shooting. Director Buchi Babu wanted to wrap up the entire shooting by January end. Since the rustic action drama is having a Pan India release, he wanted enough time to promote the film in Hindi belt where Janhvi Kapoor commands a sizeable market. Peddi sticks to release date Ever since Peddi began production, the makers have announced that the film would release on Ram Charan’s birthday March 27, 2026. Later, the makers of Nani’s film, The Paradise, have also announced their release on the same day. While either of the films haven’t backed off, it is likely that Ram Charan and Nani will avoid a box office clash. According to industry sources, Nani’s film is likely to back off and avoid direct competition with Peddi.
